The Governance of Lithos AOS

Applications that define and enforce rules.

Lex

Policy-as-Code & AI Alignment Enforcement

Lex is where your AI governance policy lives. Define compliance rules — data residency constraints, agent access controls, rate limits, budget caps — and Lex enforces them at runtime through a single /evaluate endpoint. Any service or agent can submit a target and context; Lex returns a pass/fail decision and logs every violation. Policy-as-code means your compliance posture is version-controlled, auditable, and machine-enforceable — not buried in a PDF.

Verum

Continuous Compliance Engine

Verum continuously audits your Lithos AOS policy configuration on a schedule, surfacing compliance drift before it becomes an incident. Rather than waiting for a point-in-time audit, Verum runs automated scans, scores the platform's compliance posture from 0–100, and automatically raises remediation proposals in Agora for every gap it finds. Built for organizations that need to demonstrate ongoing compliance with AI governance frameworks, not just pass a quarterly review.

Agora

Multi-Stakeholder Approval Queue

Agora brings structured human oversight to agentic workflows. When an AI agent wants to take a high-stakes action — modifying critical data, triggering an external system, or spending above a threshold — it submits a typed Proposal to Agora and waits. Required approvers are notified, decisions are recorded with full attribution, and every approval or rejection is permanently audit-logged. Agora is the governance layer that keeps humans meaningfully in the loop as AI autonomy expands.
